No deposit is required when booking the room in advance

You do not need to worry as your reservation won’t be cancelled or changed without an agreement with you.
However please note that a reservation, which has not been prepaid can be cancelled after 18:00 on the day of expected arrival, unless notification of a late arrival has been made.

Terms of stay

1. Checkout time – 12 p.m. Moscow time. Usual check-in time is after 13:00. If you’d like to stay with us for a bit longer, you can make arrangements at reception. A prolonged stay will incur additional fees and is contingent on room availability.

2. Please present your passport at reception when checking in; foreign guests must present a valid Russian visa for the duration of their stay and a migration card which you will have completed upon arrival in Russia.

3. Payment for the room is required at check -in. You can pay for the period of you stay up front or pay for the first day and then pay each additional day before the check-out time of 12pm. Any additional services and telephone calls must be paid for when checking-out.

4. The number of guests staying in the room must correspond to the number of sleeping places paid for. Guests can not stay in a room after 23:00 unless an additional sleeping place is requested and paid for.

Children under 7 years can live with their parents free of charge and without an additional sleeping place.

5. All of our rooms are non-smoking. The building of the hotel is equipped with a modern of fire alarm and prevention system . All stairways , corridors and other public places have fire-prevention sensors and fire extinguishers. We care for the security of our guests. Please, be aware of fire escape routes displayed on a map.

6. Due to fire-prevention security we ask our guests not to use their electric heating devices. All rooms are centrally heated for your comfort. We can provide you a kettle and a hairdryer free of charge, and our chambermaid will iron your clothes for a nominal fee.

7. Pets are not allowed.

8. We will keep any personal items you may have left for 6 months, but try not to leave anything. J
