The history of Sverchkov lane and the Mansion of Merchant Sverchkov our Hotel occupies and after whom our Hotel is named, is truly interesting.

Our hotel is the restored historical residence of Merchant Sverchkoz. We are proud of the restoration work in and around the building which contains an enclosed courtyard full of trees and flowers. In this cozy “Moscow yard” you will find it pleasant to relax in the shade of the birch trees after a busy day of site seeing or business. For your convenience we have free onsite car parking.
